Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

These Muffins did NOT last long in our house. A perfect snack for breakfast or easy to pack on the go. Delicious, Soft, and melt in your mouth. These will not only be a great staple in your home, but everyone in your home will LOVE THEM.

Careful… you make them once… your family might ask you to make them again.

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups all purpose flour

2 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoon cinnamon

0.5 teaspoon ginger

0.5 teaspoon nutmeg

4 eggs

15oz canned pumpkin puree

3/4 cup brown sugar

1 1/2 stick of melted unsalted butter

2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease or line full muffin tin.

  • Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg.

  • Add eggs, pumpkin puree, sugars, and oil.  Mix until just combined.

  • Fold in semi sweet chocolate chips.

  • Bake 20-24 minutes, or until a toothpick comes clean. Remove from oven, let cool… as long as your heart can wait and ENJOY!!
