Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins
These Muffins did NOT last long in our house. A perfect snack for breakfast or easy to pack on the go. Delicious, Soft, and melt in your mouth. These will not only be a great staple in your home, but everyone in your home will LOVE THEM.
Careful… you make them once… your family might ask you to make them again.
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups all purpose flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon cinnamon
0.5 teaspoon ginger
0.5 teaspoon nutmeg
4 eggs
15oz canned pumpkin puree
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 stick of melted unsalted butter
2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease or line full muffin tin.
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg.
Add eggs, pumpkin puree, sugars, and oil. Mix until just combined.
Fold in semi sweet chocolate chips.
Bake 20-24 minutes, or until a toothpick comes clean. Remove from oven, let cool… as long as your heart can wait and ENJOY!!
